There is nothing better than the feeling of one of our hometown team favorites winning a trophy and securing a Duct Boat Tour through Boston. With all that excitement and many non-sober crowds around you, it can be hard to manage everything. We share some helpful tips to keep focused on your journey, and root your favorite team on! 

Ways To Stay Sober During Playoffs Season in Boston

1. If going out to the game or out with friends, try to hang with at least one sober buddy! This will make it easier to feel comfortable amidst the chaos. 
   
2.  If you are around people drinking, have a game plan if someone offers you a drink, and have an exit strategy if you start to feel uncomfortable.
3.  Make sure someone in your network (sponsor or friend) knows you will be going out to enjoy the game.
4.  Set some boundaries for yourself about when you are heading home (right after the game, no extra hanging out), and contact your network/people to let them know you made it home safe!

By keeping these 5 tips in mind you can enjoy all the fun, and keep sober! After all, sober is the new sexy...
